Terms of Service

1. Definitions
- "Service" -- the 0x.cloud hosting platform, including servers, network infrastructure, API, CLI tools, control panel, and related services.
- "Provider", "we", "us" -- 0x Cloud B.V., registered in the Netherlands (KVK: 98765432).
- "Customer", "you" -- any individual or legal entity that creates an account and uses the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time with 30 days notice.
3. Account
You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person or legal entity. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Service Description
We provide VPS servers and VPN services in multiple data center locations. The Service includes provisioning, network connectivity with DDoS protection, API access, snapshot functionality, and technical support.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service for any lawful purpose. Prohibited: malware distribution, unauthorized access, spam, CSAM, copyright infringement, crypto mining, DDoS attacks, fraud.
6. Billing and Payment
Prices are in USD. Servers billed monthly in advance, prorated hourly. Annual plans: 20% discount. Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, crypto (50+ coins via 2328.io).
7. Data and Content
You retain all rights to your Content. We do not access or analyze your Content except as necessary to provide the Service. Upon deletion, disk data is overwritten within 24 hours.
8. Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.95% monthly network uptime per region.

9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
